In 2014, John Chesney and Brad Einstein asked me if I wanted to help on a project they were doing. They needed help making labels for small batch bitters that John had been making. He'd brought Brad on board for branding and marketing, who in turn hired me for all things visual.
This was one of the earliest commercial design projects I worked on. The project was put on permanent hiatus so these are not the final versions, but the process behind this project informed a lot of what I've done these past two years.

This was probably my favorite flavor. If you want some, visit John at the Green Door in Chicago.
